A few days ago, or more like months ago, I realized that Mare and I had been singing that Nirvana song with the wrong lyric this whole time. It's not "all we know is all we are" it's "all in all is all we are." This should have been some life-changing moment of realization, because we've based all of our loose, ever-changing "philosophy" on various quotes, this being one of them. But we had the quote wrong. So does that change anything? I don't think so. What does it matter if Cobain said it or not... maybe we were meant to hear him wrong to hear what we needed to hear.
EDIT: To Mari Fresca. I can't wait for cop glasses, croissants, Sublime, and adventures.
